The two countries commit themselves in the MoU signed to take another step forward in their ambition to contribute to the development of green hydrogen in Europe, that is, obtained from renewable sources, and affirm their intentions to develop a strategic export-import value chain to ensure production and transport of green hydrogen from Portugal to the Netherlands and its hinterland.
