Ulsan City will provide administrative support. SK Gas is in charge of hydrogen supply. Korea East-West Power, a power supplier affiliated with South Korea's state electric utility KEPCO, will demonstrate a turbine and convert an old turbine at a combined cycle power plant in Ulsan into a hydrogen turbine. Doosan Heavy will develop a turbine and supply a demonstration plant for mixed hydrogen combustion power generation.
